Documents are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Spribe Win login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Spribe Win will never ask for your password in any communication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. Withdrawal requests are processed by Spribe Win within the timeframes shown above. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification must be completed. Spribe Win reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for deposit where technically possible.
All transactions on Spribe Win are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Spribe Win does not charge currency conversion fees. If your bank or payment provider applies any charges on their side, Spribe Win is not responsible for those third-party fees.

Once a bet is confirmed at Spribe Win, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless the relevant market is explicitly listed as offering a cash-out feature. It is your responsibility to check all bet details before confirming. Spribe Win is not liable for any errors in bet placement made by the player.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and vary by event, sport, and market type. The minimum single bet across all sports at Spribe Win is Rs 100. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation and vary based on your account tier and the specific market.
A bet may be voided by Spribe Win in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is possible; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the event does not meet the conditions for official result declaration (e.g., insufficient overs played in a rain-affected cricket match). When a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full to your Spribe Win balance.
In-play or live betting markets are available on selected events. Live odds update continuously and are subject to suspension during critical moments of play (e.g., potential wicket, VAR review). Bets accepted just before a suspension may be voided at Spribe Win's discretion if it is determined that the odds were no longer accurate at the time of placement. This policy is applied consistently and is not intended to disadvantage honest bettors.
Accumulator (parlay) bets combine multiple selections. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. If any one leg of an accumulator is voided (e.g., event cancelled), that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand. If this reduces the accumulator to a single selection, the bet is settled as a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.
Spribe Win reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds of 100.0 offered on an overwhelming favourite. This right is exercised only in cases of obvious technical or human error, not as a matter of routine. Where this is applied, the player is informed via email and the stake returned.
The Spribe Win casino library includes live dealer table games, video slots, RNG table games, and crash titles including Aviator. All games are provided by third-party studios with published, independently verified RTP (Return to Player) figures. Spribe Win does not manipulate game outcomes.
Game availability may vary and titles may be withdrawn from the Spribe Win library at any time without prior notice, for example due to software provider licence changes or scheduled maintenance. No compensation is payable for the removal of a game from the library.
If a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure — whether on the player's side (lost internet connection) or on the server side — the round is recorded and the outcome determined by the game server's recorded state. Spribe Win will credit or settle the round according to the server record. If the round cannot be determined, the stake is returned.
Crash games on Spribe Win, including Aviator and Mines, use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Each round's result is determined before the round begins and can be independently verified by the player using the publicly available hash verification tool. The auto cash-out feature, if set, is binding once confirmed. If a technical failure prevents cash-out execution, Spribe Win will review the server log and settle the bet at the multiplier recorded at the point of failure.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Spribe Win are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion on the Promotions page, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
New Spribe Win players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus. The bonus is credited automatically. The bonus, and any winnings derived from it, are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is stated on the Promotions page and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20×). Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus crediting, after which unused bonus funds expire.
Different game types contribute different percentages towards meeting a wagering requirement. As a general guide at Spribe Win: sports betting and slots contribute 100%; crash games including Aviator contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 15%; standard RNG table games contribute 10%. Specific promotion pages will list any variations to these standard rates.
Spribe Win monitors all accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using strategies designed to exploit bonus structures at low mathematical risk (known as bonus hunting or arbitrage); colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and all associated winnings are forfeit, the account may be permanently suspended, and any remaining real-money balance may be retained pending review.
One bonus at a time: Only one bonus promotion may be active on a Spribe Win account at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the terms of the existing bonus. Check your active bonus status before making a new deposit.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on Spribe Win and will result in immediate account suspension and potentially permanent closure:
Spribe Win cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators in any investigation into fraudulent or illegal activity involving accounts on our platform.
Spribe Win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if required to do so for legal, regulatory, or responsible gaming reasons.
When an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified by email or SMS. The player may be asked to provide documentation to resolve the matter. During suspension, the player cannot place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Spribe Win aims to complete all standard investigations within 7 business days.
You may request closure of your Spribe Win account at any time by contacting support@spribewin.click. Before closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method after any required verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
